25 years of success in software development

Founded in 1983 with its headquarters in Bubenreuth, southern Germany, infoteam Software celebrates its 25th anniversary in the software development industry this year. With additional offices in Staefa in Switzerland and Beijing, it currently employs over 100 professionals around the world.

Infoteam was founded as an employee-owned company with all shares held by its 10 founding employees. That ownership structure, still in place today, has protected the company from market fluctuations and fomented a strong sense of teamwork that is immediately perceptible in the working environment. In 2007, the company recorded turnover of 6 million euros ($8.57 million).

Infoteam develops specialized integrated software tools for the automation, life science and energy industries. More specifically, it produces interactive software for use in industrial controllers, robotics, medical diagnostics, laboratory automation and energy diagnostics systems that comply with international programming standards.
