Quake reconstruction loan
The World Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD) will offer more than $900 million as loan to China for reconstruction of the areas devastated by the May 12 earthquake, the two organizations' officials said yesterday at the EU-Sichuan Investment and Cooperation Conference in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province.
