Dreams come true

Cinderella is a fairytale known around the world. Most children know the story of the girl left to the devices of her evil stepmother and three evil stepsisters, who rises above everything with the help of her Fairy Godmother and makes all her dreams come true.

The Broadway Asia Entertainment (BAE) musical production of Cinderella is on at the Beijing Exhibition Theater until next Thursday.

Adapted from the 1957 TV hit version, which featured a Rodgers-Hammerstein score and starred Julie Andrews, the BAE's Cinderella creates a magic world in which for every young would-be princess there is a Prince Charming waiting in the wings.
