Setting the mood

One of the first things you notice on entering Red House is that most of the first-floor seating comes in the form of elevated booths accessed by mechanized platforms.

Patrons step onto the platform and hit the red button to go up and green to go down.

It seems obligatory to announce which direction one is headed, so visitors should expect to hear "Going up!" and "Going down!" followed by giggles from tablemates and neighbors throughout the night.
