Man fined for forcing train to a grinding halt
A man from Baotou in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region was fined 200 yuan ($30) by police for forcing a passenger train to stop just so he could cross the tracks ahead of it.
The man, surnamed Xu, wanted to go to a construction site on the opposite side of the line.
