'Important message' today
The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) could issue an important message today, a Japanese newspaper reported yesterday.
On Saturday, Japan's Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper reported that multiple unidentified sources had said the DRPK diplomats had been told to stay close to their embassies and await "an important message".
