French food...Asian style

The ambience at the Petrus Fine Dining French Restaurant (碧翠法国餐厅) is ideally suited to the rest of the Legendale Hotel: luxurious with glittering golden elements, but elegant and dignified with its blue carpet and black colors in the marble wall.
Patrick Perie, 55, executive chef has had a glorious culinary career, having worked in the United States, Bangkok, and Singapore for several years. His restaurants include a number of Michelin one, two, and three-star winners.
"I try to do French cuisine, but with an influence from around the world," he says. With his rich experience in Asia, Perie says turning out French cuisine "with an Asian twist" is no problem for him.
