Mine death toll rises
The death toll from a coal mine fire in Heilongjiang province has risen to 26 after seven more bodies were discovered, the State Administration of Work Safety said yesterday.
Five miners remain missing after a fire broke out on Sept 20 at a coal mine in Hegang city.
