Heartbroken thief given another chance to be good
A university student was recently given a reprieve after stealing a cell phone in a bid to raise the money to buy roses for his girlfriend in Shenzhen.
The junior, surnamed Zhang, hoped to buy a total of 111 roses for his girlfriend after she told him she wanted to break up.
