Man decorates wrong apartment for wedding
A real estate developer wrongly gave the key to a new apartment bought by a woman in Beijing's Pinggu district to a man who proceeded to decorate it for his wedding.
Wang, the real owner of the apartment, only realized what had happened weeks later when Tao had almost finished his work.
