Failed factory boss' crimes don't pay
Once a factory owner in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, 41-year-old Zhang Jiazhao turned to a life of crime as a kidnapper after his business failed.
Five years ago, Zhang returned home and started a factory with a hefty sum he had earned in the United States.
