Special supplement: Famed farm fair set for trade harvest

Famous as China's hallmark expo for farm exports, the Sixth China Agricultural Trade Fair (CATF) will be held in Beijing from October 15 to 19.

Organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, CATF has been held for five successive years since 2003. Organizers say no other agricultural trade event in China matches the size and influence of CATF.

Building on its success as a promotional forum and trade venue for hundreds of varieties of top products, the fair has become the largest agricultural gala in China.
