Killer driver agrees to pay test-tube fees
A driver who killed a 4-year-old boy agreed to pay test-tube baby fees plus mental reparations, totaling 145,000 yuan ($21,000), in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, following mediation from judges.
The boy's parents sought more than 220,000 yuan compensation from the driver, Wang, after the traffic accident that killed their four-year-old boy, Xiao Tao, in February.
