Elderly man turns to media to fix faulty apartment
A senior citizen was so upset with his new apartment he turned to the media to shame developers into doing something about dodgy workmanship.
Soon after Chen moved into the fully decorated 6-million-yuan downtown house in June, he found cracks beside the window of his bedroom and in the marble toilet.
