Under the baton of Fan Tao, the China Radio Symphony Orchestra and Choir will give a concert to celebrate the 59th anniversary of the founding of New China at the Forbidden City Concert Hall on October 4.

The concert will feature the Yellow River Cantata (1939) composed by Chinese composer Xian Xinghai and the Piano Concerto of Yellow River (1969) which was adapted from the Yellow River Cantata by Chinese pianists Yin Chengzong, Chu Wanghua and Liu Zhuang.
