Infection kills 8 newborns
Eight newborns died between Aug 28 and Sept 16 after contracting an infection in a hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University medical college in Shaanxi province, Xinhua reported yesterday.
Officials have not disclosed the type, symptoms or source of the infection.
