GUANGZHOU: Construction on a Japanese small and medium enterprises (SMEs) technology park is expected to break the ground this year and Chinese authorities will spare no effort to ease its way to completion, said Chen Deming, minister of Commerce of China.

The minister made the promise recently when he met Japanese entrepreneurs.

Since Chinese President Hu Jintao visited Japan in May this year, a positive and cooperative bilateral relationship between China and Japan has been created, providing a good environment for the two countries to further develop their cooperation in trade and investment.
