"Bush noodles"

US President George Bush is a fan of Cantonese dim sum and Peking roast duck.

During his recent stay in Beijing, Bush, along with his family and entourage, stayed at the Westin Beijing Chaoyang and made several trips to the hotel's restaurant.

"He had a very good appetite, trying both traditional Chinese dishes, and new dishes at the hotel restaurants," said Ho Wing, head chef at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Zenses.
