Bubbling over

Four new Ayala champagnes are now available in liquor stores in China. To mark the release, a launch party was held on September 3 at Beijing's upscale Sadler Ristorante.

Champagne Ayala, a producer of "haute couture" Champagne, was founded by Edmond Ayala in 1860. The company has been associated with the Bollinger "family" since 2005.

Ayala's style is characterized by a wine-making process that allows for a natural expression of flavors, not masked by sugar. The wines are produced only from Premier and Grand Cru grapes.
