Fund approved
The State Council has approved Shanxi province's establishment of a 10 billion-yuan industry fund to finance coalbed methane and renewable energy projects, the Xinhua News Agency reported.
The fund aims to boost the development of China's coal industry, Xinhua reported yesterday, citing Ma Delun, vice-governor of the People's Bank of China.
