Superstition proves to have fatal consequences

A man from Qingyuan county, Hebei province, was so superstitious that he killed a fellow villager because he had the same name as one of his relatives who died recently.

Several weeks ago, both Li's mother and uncle died of illness. He attributed their deaths to the villager, as he believed that those having the same name were destined to kill each other.
