Limits to facelifts

Cosmetic surgery can be painful and costly. Still, people are willing to pay whatever it takes to have their less desirable parts repaired, or rebuilt.
They want to look beautiful and feel good, or just prettier and better. And they have the money for it.
No matter how unnecessary we think it is, we do not tell people not to do it. It is their money, their choice.
