Sober minds needed on West's remarks

This year is one to be remembered forever by the Chinese people.
The country has brought peace and stability back to the Tibet autonamous region after March 14 riot in Lhasa.
Reconstructions are now in full swing in Sichuan, Gansu and Shannxi provinces, which were hard hit by deadly earthquake on May 12.
