Alert waiter puts an end to illegal spending spree

A Hangzhou man stole two pre-paid credit cards from a government office in early February and went on a spending spree.

Zhai Shihai, 38, of Xiaoshan in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, used the cards to pay for meals, cigarettes, luggage, and clothes in several hotels and restaurants. Within six days, he had spent more than 20,000 yuan ($2,900).
