Long-haired villagers perform combing ritual

The Yao village of Huangluohong in the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region is called "The Village of Long Hair" and combing that hair has become a tourist attraction.

Sixty of 300 villagers have hair that is 100 cm long. Many of the women who grow their hair long demonstrate different ways of combing their hair in a performance that has quite a long history.
