Free condoms disturb parents in Zhengzhou
Free distribution of condoms to university students has incited parents in the Huiji district of Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province.
Parents questioned a neighborhood committee after its family planning staff distributed free condoms at the beginning of the Fall term, which starts this month.
