'Cheney fanning aggression'
Russia on Friday said US Vice President Dick Cheney was encouraging Georgian aggression by supporting Tbilisi's bid to join NATO.
Cheney told Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili on Thursday the United States was fully committed to Georgia's bid to join NATO.
