Nuke facility reassembled

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has begun reassembling its Yongbyon reactor that can make material for atomic bombs, media reported.

Japan's Kyodo news agency said reconstruction began on Monday. It cited sources close to the Six-Party Talks, which involve Japan, the Republic of Korea, Russia and China, as well as the DPRK and the United States.
