Senior citizen cops the blame for driving offences
A 72-year-old man surnamed Wang from Hefei, Anhui province, has not driven a car of any kind for more than 10 years.
The driving license under his name, however, is recorded as incurring several traffic violations, the majority on Aug 4, last year in Wuhan, Hubei province, according to the police information system.
