Libel claim

Online community website Qihoo.com sued security software maker Rising and Zol.com.cn, an IT website under US firm Cnet, for libel in Beijing's Chaoyang district court yesterday.

Qihoo, founded by former Yahoo! China President Zhou Hongyi, claims Zol.com.cn and Rising said its free anti-virus software campaign was a scam and that Qihoo blocked users from installing other security software such as Rising's.
