More loans
The central bank said yesterday it will increase the availability of new loans this year for farmers, small businesses and earthquake reconstruction.
It will "better balance the relationship between sustaining stable and relatively fast economic growth and the need to curb inflation", the People's Bank of China said in a statement on its website.
