Russian boost

Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, the world's largest maker of luxury autos, expects sales in Russia to climb 33 percent this year, Interfax reported, citing the head of BMW Group Russia, Christian Kremer.

BMW will probably sell 19,000 cars in Russia this year, Kremer told reporters in Moscow yesterday, the Russian news service said. BMW also expects to sell 500 motorcycles, or 70 percent more than last year, Interfax said.
