Misuse of handcuffs raises locals' and police hackles
A woman who has been using police handcuffs to lock her motorbike has sparked controversy in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
The unnamed woman borrowed the cuffs from a friend after hearing that it might deter potential motorbike thieves.
