Family lacks cash to send brainy siblings to college

Wang Zhiyuan in Yangmu village of Changchun, Jilin province, is in a quandary as both his son and daughter have this year been offered university places.

It is rare for both children of a rural family to be so honored, but the household annual income of less than 3,000 yuan is insufficient to pay two sets of high tuition fees.
