Several factors behind crash

Spain's civil aviation chief reportedly says more than one failure likely caused the airliner crash in Madrid.

El Pais newspaper quotes Civil Aviation Director General Manuel Batista as saying the plane could not have crashed just because of trouble in one of the engines.
