Off Track ..... Tennis shoes represent pair's close ties

Chinese women's tennis doubles players Zheng Jie and Yan Zi won a hard-fought Olympic bronze medal on Sunday, beating Ukraine's Bondarenko sisters in straight sets.

Amazing tennis skills aside, the secret of their success is the pair's close relationship, which began early in their childhoods. They've spent countless hours together on and off court since then.

In celebration of their close relationship, their sponsor, Nike, has produced a special dual-colored tennis shoe for them to wear in competition: Zheng has a golden shoe on her right foot and a red shoe on her left foot, Yan just the opposite - red on her right foot and golden on her left foot.
