Profit rises
BlueScope Steel Ltd, Australia's largest steelmaker, said second-half profit increased 61 percent because of higher prices for its products.
Net income increased to A$480 million ($417 million) for the six months ended June 30 from A$298 million a year ago, the Melbourne-based company said.
