'Fragrant' Swiss Hug hugged for heartfelt help

QINGDAO: With the beautiful Chinese name Ou Fangxin, Swiss national Francine Hug is now a star in the Qingdao Olympic Village for her helpful service.

Fangxin means "fragrant" in Chinese.
