Disaster relief notice
The central government has issued a notice for the collection of all disaster relief items not used, the Xinhua News Agency reported yesterday.
The government issued provisional regulations making local governments responsible for the collection and management of these goods, warning that theft or wasteful disposal would incur punishment.
