China's bronze medalist in the 50m air pistol shooting wants to spend more time with his mom now that his Olympics is over.
Unlike other Chinese shooting gold-medal prospects who burst into tears after falling short of the top prize, Tan Zongliang surprised journalists by saying he was content with his bronze.
"After working hard for so many years I've neglected my family," said Tan, 36, who like many of his teammates left home at an early age to train at special sports academies.
