$2 m pollution plan
The Shenzhen government will spend 13.8 million yuan ($2 million) on 58 pollution control projects during the 11th Five-Year Plan (2006-10), the Southern Metropolis Daily quoted Xu Zongheng, the city's mayor, as saying on Wednesday.
