White-collar worker jailed for buying stolen goods
A businesswoman surnamed Gao was sentenced recently to two years' imprisonment in Shanghai for buying stolen property.
Gao bought luxury garments and accessories from a gang of thieves who had stolen them from Shanghai department stores. Her intention was to present them as gifts to company clients.
