Daughter's suicide threat gives father a heart attack

A woman surnamed Zhao of Chifeng, a city in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, called her father on Monday threatening to commit suicide in what turned out to be a final plea to marry the partner of her choice.

Zhao and her partner fell in love four years ago, but her father refused to let the pair marry because of the man's humble family background.
