STAGE

Thirty-five children from Malawi are staging a show of Chinese Shaolin kungfu, Chinese songs and African dance.

The children are orphans from the Yuantong School in Blantyre, a city in Africa. Founded by a Buddhist monk Huili, the school has adopted 2,000 orphans and teaches them about Chinese language and culture, including martial arts.
