China Federation of Literary and Art Circles

Established in July 1949, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC) continues its mission today by uniting artists and writers from across the country and promoting literature and the arts.

The non-governmental organization is composed of national associations of writers and artists and provincial and municipal federations working directly under the central government.

Governed by its national congress and the committee it elects, CFLAC coordinates and provides services to its present 52 member groups.
