Updated: 2008-07-23 07:26 Drug rules tightened Six ministries and central government agencies have issued a circular to tighten the management of hydroxylamine, which can be a major ingredient for ketamine, China Youth Daily reported yesterday. In a revised regulation on chemicals that can be made into drugs, the agencies added hydroxylamine to the control list, which will take effect on Aug 1.
