Firefighters called after a blazing row

A pregnant woman narrowly escaped death on Thursday after purposely starting a fire at her home in Shangshui county, Henan province.

The aggrieved, expectant mother started the fire at 5:04 pm, with the sole intention of teaching husband a lesson after they had quarreled. But the blaze got out of control, rendering the woman trapped in her smoke filled home.
