Fake stamps, certificates

We should not only crack down on counterfeiters of stamps and certificates, but also punish those who use them, says an article in People's Daily.

Recently, Shanxi police raided a workshop seizing about 40,000 fake stamps and equipment.

The fake stamps ranged from those issued by central government departments to local government bodies. One set covered almost all the universities, vocational institutes and high schools across the country.
