Robber with penchant for women

An official in Siping, Jilin province, who has a degree in philosophy, has been arrested on robbery charges.
Yu Haibin, 38, vice-director of the Party's united front work department in Tiexi district admitted committing 11 other robberies over a five-year period when arrested, Beijing News said yesterday.
Police found more than 10,000 yuan ($1,460) in cash and six cell phones in his home.
