Nuclear report expected
The United States said it expects the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to hand over a long-awaited declaration of its nuclear activities by tomorrow, allowing for the resumption of multilateral disarmament talks.
Japan's Kyodo news agency said the DPRK, which defied international warnings and tested a nuclear device in October 2006, would give the report to China, which chairs the talks, by tomorrow.
